Welcome to the Echo Privilege Club ("the club") , an exclusive loyalty program ("the program") offered and operated by Constance Hotels & Resorts ("Constance"). By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms")


1. Introduction:

• These Terms outline the guidelines for participation in the Club. They are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and the highest level of service for our members. By accepting these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with Constance.

• Updated Terms take effect on 1st July, 2024. Your continued participation as a member of the Club after the date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Club's services.


2. Programme Overview:

• Echo Privilege Club is an exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our valued guests for their loyalty and to enhance their experience with us.

• Constance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for updates. Your continued use of the Club’s services following any modifications indicates acceptance of said changes.


3. Membership:

• Membership is free and open to individuals aged eighteen (18) and above, excluding companies, partnerships, associations, groups, or other entities. Each member is allowed only one active membership account at a time; joint memberships are prohibited.

• Upon acceptance into the Club, you will receive a welcome email confirming your membership.

• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via email at loyalty@constancehotels.com or through any participating hotel. Cancellation requests are processed within 72 hours of receipt.

• Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse membership without providing a reason and to terminate the membership of any member found violating the Terms or engaging in misconduct.


4. Programme Benefits:

Echo Privilege Club offers (4) four membership tiers:

        • Silver Sea: Automatically enrolled upon acceptance of membership.

        • Golden Earth: Achieved after at least ten (10) qualifying stays or forty (40) qualifying nights, in any of our participating property, within a rolling two-year period.

        • Platinum Breeze: Achieved after at least twenty (20) qualifying stays or eighty (80) qualifying nights, in any of our participating property, in a rolling two-year period.

        • Diamond Sky: Membership is available exclusively by invitation.

Benefits offered to members are subject to availability and may be excluded based on various factors, including hotel occupancy, weather conditions, the selected property and/or destination, and the specific volume night agreements.

Once the above targets are achieved, Constance will endeavour to upgrade your membership tier levels. You are kindly requested to notify us if you have reached these targets, and your tier level has not been upgraded.


5. Membership Criteria:

• To qualify for a membership tier, members must meet specific criteria regarding the number of qualifying stays or qualifying nights within a rolling two-year period.

• A rolling-year refers to a consecutive twelve (12) months period following the date of the prior reservation.

• A qualifying stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one property, regardless of whether a member checks out and checks back in. A back-to-back booking within the same property on the same day is considered as one stay only. Moreover, a minimum of duration of two (2) nights is required for a stay to be recognised as a qualifying stay.

• Total stay/room night-count is updated only after a member checks out of any participating properties.

• Qualifying stay/room night-count is non-transferable; affiliated rooms booked under the same reservation by the member do not count as additional qualifying stays/room nights.

• Failure to have a stay at any Constance Hotels & Resorts participating properties within a two-year period result in automatic downgrade by one level for Echo Diamond Sky, Echo Platinum Breeze, or Echo Golden Earth members.

• Echo Silver Sea members remain unaffected by demotion unless specified otherwise.


6. Other Membership Terms:

• Reservations made before enrolment in Echo Privilege Club are not recognized.

• Stays booked via Online Travel Agents are not recognized.

• Stays attributed to accompanying guests, as well as stays offered on a complimentary basis or at special/discounted rates, are not recognized.

• Stays at Constance Sakoa Boutik Mauritius and Constance Tekoma Rodrigues before March 31st, 2024, are not recognized.


7. Liability & Indemnification:

• Constance Hotels & Resorts, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, or data, arising from your participation in the Echo Privilege Club. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constance Hotels & Resorts and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities and/or expenses resulting from your use of the Club’s services or any breach of eligibility by you.

9. Applicable Law:

The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Mauritius.
